Ingredients (सामग्री):
Cottage cheese (paneer) - 350 g
पनीर - 350 ग्राम
Tapioca pearl (sago) - 1/3 cup (soaked)

Chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
कटा हुआ ताजा धनिया पत्ता - 2 बड़े चम्मच
Chopped green chilies - 2-3
कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 2-3
Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
स्वादानुसार सेंधा नमक
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक - 1 छोटा चम्मच
Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tsp (crushed)
भुना जीरा - 1 छोटा चम्मच (कुटा हुआ)
Chili flakes - 1 tsp
चिली फ्लेक्स - 1 छोटा चम्मच
Crushed black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
कुटी हुई काली मिर्च - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Clarified butter (ghee) - 1 tsp
घी - 1 छोटा चम्मच
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves
