I spent 16 months on active duty at Border as a member of the TEXAS Army National Guard from early 2018 to mid 2019. I have friends that have been there since that time. It has been crazy there since the current administration has been in charge of the border. What opened my eyes when I got down there was how many illegal border crossers were from countries other than North or South America. 1000s that were caught and at that time the Border Control felt they caught 40%-50% so twice as many that were caught. Almost all were/are military aged men. How long would Iran or China let us sneak in 10,000 or 20,000+ military aged Americans?

I agree completely that there is a border issue. But please correct me if I’m wrong but to blame the current administration to be solely responsible for this issue I believe is wrong. Not to long ago this administration came forward with complete comprehensive legislation to start to address the border issues. Friend, of a former state agency worker here. I can 100% honestly say this is not normal typical asylum-seeking behavior. These individuals are definitely being incentivized in some ways from back in their home country to do this. One thing that most Americans don't know and that is that as far as the Mexican Government goes the fact that some of their people are trying to make their way to El Norte / The North, is actually not considered an illegal act even if it means that they are crossing into the border of another country. The South American countries know how bad their countries are in terms of domestic issues. So as far as they're concerned any efforts to forestall, impede, or prevent any of their citizens from going North is actually considered against their own, civil rights policies. These other governments, don't feel that it's their right to interfere with people's choice for a better life. That's on the very low end of culpability. On the other end as far as the government is concerned it's none of their business what their citizens do once they leave their home countries. On the other end of this there is definitely some level of monetary incentive. Perhaps coming from different gang factions. Perhaps from the Latino Mafia, and / or anyone else in between who's dangling huge sums of money in front of people's faces, in the hopes of getting paid MORE, IF they can do it and not get caught 🤐🙄.

Honestly I don't have any answers but opinions. What happened when Pearl Harbor happened? What happened when 9/11 happened? They got millions of us pissed off enough to say this is what happened and this is who did it now go attack the "Bad Guy."
