I was abandoned at 2months, from home to home until I was 5. Put in an CATHOLIC ORPHANAGE and trained like Army life until 12. Then gave to a mother that I didn't know. For3 yrs left and got married at 15, abusive man till I almost died. But I stayed alive. Why? Because I had a will to push forward. Up until then, to me it had been basic training in a civilian world. I had already 3 children that I was responsible for. Then he'll week struck. Went through 5 years with trying to keep my children safe as well as me from an animal of a man. I swear he was Satan himself. I wore black-eyes to work and brused ribs to work everyday. I would pack and move every year. For years to get away from the SOB. But he would find me. Seems his brother trained in the Marines, and he got ahold of his brothers training materials ( he never was in the service, himself) finally it had to be just him and I against each other. The cops could not catch him. They told me I'd have to do it. Fine. I did it. But it wasn't about winning, it was about doing. It was about protecting my family. He's in jail for life now. He won't hurt anyone ever again! Hoo, rah! God bless my military armed forces 🙏 MY Dad was in the Navy and my Mom was in the Army, they served In ww2.
