TCav is the ultimate, and this might be my favorite interview with him yet. As a SEAL, interviewers usually want to talk to him about a lot of serious military stuff. But he's actually funny af with an awesome personality, and you really brought that side out of him like I don't think any interviewer has done yet. Looking forward to you having him on again soon! 🇺🇸

If you have a friend like this you are very lucky! One of the most genuine men I think I've ever seen on KZbin. No boasting/embellishing, no BS exaggerated stories about killing people. Doesn't act like he's the toughest man on earth because he's a SEAL, like a lot of SF guys think they are sadly. He just keeps it one hundred percent real.

Let Taylor know that Lt. Commander Fuller is super proud of him! He was my mentor too when I was boat crew leader during my time in DEP out of Las Vegas. I was unfortunately med dropped (SIPE) in class 273, but got hooked up with a shot at Rescue Swimmer School by the instructors. I ended up making through and did that for the rest of my active duty time in the Navy! I’ve been watching Taylor since he started posting while he was still in the legion, and his advice got me through a pretty rough patch I was going through at the time. So, I’m absolutely thrilled to see him doing so well, and hopefully Michael Bay decides to hit him up for a movie about his entire inspirational life journey🎉!

This is incredibly inspiring! I've always learned so much from guys like Taylor. I don't know why this particular lesson resonated so deeply, but I've hit rock bottom more than once and always managed to pull myself back up. I'm one year sober October31st, and I'm determined to keep going. Taylor, you should definitely make a movie about your journey. It would be incredible! I completely agree that the universe only respects drastic action. Your words have lit a fire under me. I'm ready to give 200%. I've heard a Navy SEAL motto about only being at 40% when you feel like giving up. I don't know if it's true, but it's something I live by now. I've got 60% left to give!

I'm glad he touched on the poverty in other countries. Americans have no idea. If you are homeless in America and ask anyone for food, 9 times out of ten someone will give you cash or get you food. Try poverty when there are literally no resources anywhere. The person you ask for food has no food either so on and so forth.

Julian you’ve a new sub here after hearing your Shawn Ryan interview. I’m not perfect but you can’t know heaven without crawling through hell. I’ve been to the edge of life and death 💀 a few times and it gives you a VERY GOOD B/S detector. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep listening to you, Shawn and JRE while out here in Europe doing God’s work. “For you will know I AM the Lord when I lay my hand upon thee.”-Sammy L recanting Ezekiel

Spent 15 months in Mosul in 07-09, it was a wild deployment. Put in a lot of work, it was sad to see what ISIS did to that city after we all left those poor people to their own defenses.

Yeah. I’m sure it was much more beautiful during your time. I am from north of there. My father was Assyrian Christian Bishop, mother was South Indian Christian. They met in Mosul. Lived there until 2004. My oldest brother was Iraqi commando and served with Americans. My Uncle actually worked with Saddam in as part of medical.
