Surf pass, land portage and rock portage excercises. Surf pass is fun - (most of the time) Land portage is pure suffering. Rock portage is dangerous as hell. People lost teeth, get unconcious, brake arms, legs - medical drops.

@@SocialAssasin look up Jake Zweig, he posts often on here about current BUD/S. The passing rate has been going down. Training has been tougher than ever. The last 3 classes combined (600+ students) only 34 made it to graduation…

I'm waiting to class up for buds and let me tell you that this is not even the worst part, the worse part is chafing because of the sand, at the end of hell week, these guys can barely walk because all the skin in their body is gone due to chafing. Some guys break their necks, backs, and legs.
