This area looks like it was recently constructed! Must have been a massive building boom !

Oh yes, the Navy Yard neighborhood has seen a massive building increase in recent years. Lots of new apartment buildings mainly, but also restaurants, stores, and office spaces.

I remember when it didn’t look so good and very dangerous I’m glad they cleaned it up that whole area use to be low income housing projects and full of night clubs ,drug addicts /dealers , and prostitutes
