@@rossjones8656 Well personally i find him very badass, Considering also he is suppose to be the deadliest Dragon Slayer, yet smarter than the main 6, Yet Hiro could of brought up his potential for the final BS arc but nope, Not only i was so mad, But so disappointed how he treated him the only Dragon Slayer that get's the beat ups instead of winning at least against 1 Sprigann. Yet he could of done much more also in GMG arc if he actually fought a Dragon made out of flesh and blood cause since the others's DS magics were ineffective, Maybe Poison would of been way more effective since he's like the only Dragon Slayer with an actual element that kills people.

@@rossjones8656 Yeah, I also liked how he was the first Dragon Slayer (Chronology by following the franchise) able to turn his body parts, literally his full arms into a real dragonlike with those crimson scales, white milky skin and claws, I just hope if he eventually appears in this 100 years quest arc, He won't get the same B.S. treatment in the past, Which yet despite dating Kinana, He's the only Dragon Slayer left that none of us has any Idea what he's doing or where he is.

Actually, the sponsors of the Grand Magic Games, especially King Toma E. Fiore himself, were the ones who decided on the match-ups and not each teams' respective guilds and masters. Natsu and Gajeel were already known as The Salamander and Black Iron/Kurogane. Wendy, who is known as The Priestess of the Sky or Sky Maiden by her friends, only fought in public once and so the sponsors didn't really expect much more from her afterwards. She was selected to fight against Sherria just for the sake of a battle of cuteness and nothing more. It doesn't help that she wasn't even selected as a member of her guild's final roster so she didn't even get another chance to participate. If Makarov really did value teamwork over individual strength like he claimed at the beginning then having Wendy participate in the same team as Natsu seems like a better choice since they have actual prior experience as members of the same team.

I did the math and realized that during and after the Alvarez Empire Invasion Arc that took place towards the end of September of the year 792, Wendy is 14 turning 15 and Natsu is 20 or 21 while Sherria is at least 16 and Lyon is at least 27. After rereading the official manga I recently learned that the 100-Years Quest Arc takes place during the August of the year 793, almost two and a half years from their perspective after they were reunited during the Oración Seis Arc since the Battle of Fairy Tail Arc takes place on October 15, X784 and at least two years after the Grand Magic Games Arc that took place from June 30 to July 7, X791. Wendy was 12 when she joined the Anti-Oración Seis Coalition but her body has shown signs of physical maturity during and after the Edolas Arc so I would say that she celebrated her 13th birthday that year and that puts her birthday at anyday after October 15 and before December 15. Natsu's birthday is never mentioned but if we assume that his biological parents named him after his birthday then we can assume that he was born sometime between June 21 and September 22, making him 18 or 19 when he is first introduced based on his physical appearance alone. Contrary to popular belief, the Tenrou Island group were inside Fairy Sphere for 6 years and 3 months at most instead of 7 years since the manga clearly states that Acnologia nearly destroyed Tenrou Island on December 16, X784 and Fairy Sphere wore off some time during the March of the year 791, assumed to be the 15th or 16th. There are 29 months between March ??, X791 and August ??, X793 while there are 3 months between October 15 and December 16, X784. That gives us a total of 32 months or 2 years and 8 months ever since their reunion. Make that 2 years and 5 months if we take into account the 3 months they both skipped after spending a day partying in the Celestial Spirit Realm. According to Cana Alberona's Character Profile on the first page of the official manga's 38th chapter, the legal drinking age is 15 although she started drinking at 13 and nobody really seemed to be bothered at all. Assuming that this rule also and most likely applies to the legal marriage age in Fiore then Wendy is already legal during the 100-Years Quest Arc. Just in case anyone disagrees, let's not forget that Lucy Heartfilia officially joined Fairy Tail on July 3, X784. This means she met Happy and Natsu on the 2nd of July, the day AFTER her 17th birthday and Jude Heartfilia desperately needed to marry her off to Duke Sawarr of the Junelle family that owns the land necessary for Heartfilia Railways to continue its southward progression and development, hinting that she was already past legal age. He also clearly stated that her wedding meant securing a vital future for the Heartfilia Konzern and its employees, otherwise he risked losing everything which he eventually did. So basically she's unintentionally and partially responsible for Heartfilia Railways being bought out. By the time we get an official 100-Years Quest anime adaptation, Lyon will be 28 or 29 and Sherria will be 17 or 18 while Natsu will be 21 or 22 and Wendy will 15 turning 16. Since people can easily accept "Cheon" or Lyon Vastia x Sherria Blendy despite an age gap of 10 to 12 years and "Jerza" or Jellal Fernandez x Erza Scarlet despite a minimum age gap of either 7 or 8 years then "NaWen" or Natsu Dragneel x Wendy Marvell with an age gap of 5 to 7 years should also be acceptable.

Let’s not forget that if they hadn’t spent all that time and not ages they both could be either in ther 20s or turning 20 making them both also able to marry. Add in the fact that they are from 400 years in the past and that makes it so that they are literally able to marry whoever they want. And with Jerza they where both the same age when they met and he only aged six or seven years older then Erza due to tenrou arc so technically they are still the same age it’s just her body that hasn’t aged(kinda like mavis when she stopped aging but Erza still ages it’s just her body temporarily stopped in stead of completely stopping)

@@fmv3982 Dragon Force doesn't seem to expend the user's Magic Power as a cost when activated but instead it most likely exhausts the user's physical stamina the longer it remains active. Acnologia's element is magic itself, meaning any and all forms of magic directed at his body is rendered ineffective, including Dragon Slaying Magic. Fairy Sphere was an exception since it only directly affected the area around him. Other exceptions are indirect or non-magic means such as weapons enchanted with anti-dragonic properties like Erza's Dragon Slaying Sword Belserion since the enchantments affect the blade itself and nothing else or the Etherious' Curses since it isn't treated as magic despite being an inverse form of magic respectively. The only effective means shown to damage him were the claws and fangs of a real dragon as evident with his fight against Igneel. His fight against the seven Dragon Slayers was an exception since they fought his spirit form, meaning without his physical body's immunity to magic they basically defeated him when he was at his weakest. Dragon Slaying Magic is an enchantment that endows the users body with dragonic properties and Dragon Force only serves to temporarily extend it further to explosive levels in addition to being a temporary power-up. Assuming Natsu, Wendy and the others at the time could damage the Black Dragon using physical attacks enhanced with Dragon Force, their human bodies, tired and hurting, are most unlikely to inflict considerable damage to a dragon's massive body.

@@justeenflores7890 that’s technically true because it is shown that with dragon force it can increase all physical stats all tho the stat varies from different dragon slayer magic like how Natsu dragon force is focused on brute strength, and how Wendy’s mainly focused speed but you can clearly see during the battle between her and the torturous guy (I forgot his name) that when she achieved dragon force she also seemed to have brute strength seeing as she punched him and it shocked him by the power of that punch even if what you said is partly true she should’ve still used it since she would’ve had more magic and she would’ve gotten that increase in speed meaning she could evade more of acnologia’s attacks and probably would’ve gotten him by surprise since it was never shown that acnologia could move at the same speed as Wendy in her dragon force maybe he would’ve seen her but he wouldn’t be able to dodge and since it was clearly shown that they needed something with brute strength to actually defeat him like how Natsu one shoted him with everyone’s magic combined so it could be a possibility that even if wendy was no where near close to being as strong as Natsu it probs would’ve pushed him back even if it was just slightly this would leave him open to attack as he would be shocked that they actually managed to hit him

Also, during her fight against Ezel, Wendy had used various enchantments on herself such as Deus Corona, Deus Eques, Il Arms, Il Armor and Il Vernier to boost her power so the full extent of her Dragon Force isn't made clear. I'd say that she's at least just below S-Class level.

Though she was 12 at the beginning and I still shipped them then. I just don’t care as far as fiction is concerned (real life is a whole different story). Of course, there’s also the 400 thing, but I tend not bring that up since I didn’t know that when I started shipping them.
