Hi Friends, There is a lot of wind on the Greek islands. I tried my best to edit the audio. I’ve since purchased a wind screen for the mic on my camera so hopefully future videos won’t have as much of an issue with wind. Anything that I thought would be hard for those that are hard of hearing to understand I captioned. I would also like to make a formal apology to all Greek people for the horrendous way I pronounced “gyro” 🫠 🐱How many cats did you spot in this video??! -Abbie

Many, many cats. A whole stroke of cats! BTW, gyro is said as "hero". Coming back shouldn't be a problem as it's so hot here that English people are praying for rain! Yes, really!.................................the ancient Englishman.

100% agree! This has been our favorite island to date. We love how relaxing and laid back it is.

Can't really go wrong with the Greek islands , they all have their own character , Rhodes is nice , as is Corfu , Turkey is also well worth a visit

We have the same in this country. You eventually get a builder and after a coupe of days, go off site, never to be seen again🤣

The problem with Cats in Greece, a lot of them are wild. I'd also be careful not to get scratched or bit by one.... I could be wrong but I don't believe they're rabies free.
@clowderlibrary2 жыл бұрын
A lot of the cats are very friendly-I wouldn’t classify them as wild. Many Greek people take care of them: TNR, feed them (there are food/water bowls all over the place)help them if needed, etc. We met a local in Athens that told us about the effort that the people put in to care for them.

Wild Cats?? Where did you get that? This island cats are the most chilled you can find. You can clearly see the get more food than they can eat😂 Maybe in big cities where they have to fight for there food but you can find the same 'wild' behavior in humans in big cities

Try to pronounce euro in Greek first and then gyro ... anyway ... That video was more like a Benny Hill butt (a good one) Closing Chase

Here-us = Gryo :-) Don't go to Egypt because you'll have a heart attack it's cat central lol. Just like anywhere in the world the best food is where the locals are stay away from the tourist area's then you'll get a better experience. Honestly if they don't speak English that's even better and much more fun. Trust me I've travelled the world and India is still my favourite because it's also my second home 🙂
