if I somehow got myself extra debuff slot. how good is devouring plague compare to shadowguard for damage/heal?

Trolls benefit most in PvE from their Berserking racial for increased Cast Speed. Devouring Plague does more damage in PvE than Shadowguard because Shadowguard requires the Priest gets hit by a mob or player. In PvP, both are incredibly strong; Shadowguard has slightly better spellpower scaling 1:1 than Devouring Plague. I believe it comes down to personal preference; I was able to parse 99s as Undead and many Trolls did the same! Hope this answer makes sense lol.

@@ExpiryTV thank you so much. kinda suck bserking doesn't work well until wotlk. i was thinking small hits from boss like vael/firemall fire debuff/ blizzard from sap/etc would proc enough(since with 600 sp 4 proc of SG can beat DP).

Glad to hear you'll be raiding as shadow. Last time I popped in your stream you told me your new guild had you healing...gross. I've been having a blast in Naxx, the MC fights finally make spriests feel important lol.

Trying! 7/15 as shadow atm but guilds keep disbanding left and right so we'll see if I can keep it up. DW the future is 100% shadow focused, finishing out the BiS list :). Preceptor's Hat has been acquired Poggers! Glad you're enjoying your time in Naxx and the Raz fight!
