I bought HERO ELECTRIC - OPTIMA CX ER. I am facing two major issues with odometer. 1. After every ride, whenever I switch off my scooter and again start all KM running, reading gets zero and battery status always fluctuates.

will it run on single battery as well. i.e. If I charge single battery as stand by and another battery installed, can i charge battery at home and use ?

Using optima for more than 2 years. 1. Body is very weak. It start break of its own with no accident. 2. Mudguard is broken, back side is getting loose. 3. Brakes are very bad. Brake shoes are sticky 4. Inner body is damaged 5. Whole body gives rattling noise 6. Horn is not working for more than 8 months. 7. Headlight stopped working within 1 year. 8. Service is very expensive. Each and every part is expensive if replaced. 9. Its conset is now almost damage.

Please, make a video on cost cutting of ather, ola, simple one when there is only scooter with motor and chassis. No plethora of dashboard. Only speed and battery indicator. With two speeds normal (40 kmph) and speed (70 kmph).

The worst scooty hero optima CX er. Started problem giving from 1 day. Service centre annoying this. Customer complain does not picking call. 1- 1.5 months me battery dead 2. Side glass broken in 1 month 3. Third class break 4- accelerator loose in 1 month 5- 1.5 months me 20 baar service centre visit karna pada lekin abhi tak problem resolved nhi hua Very very very bad electric scooter

Bilkul be noise nahi hai isliye km se km speaker dena chiye take age wale ki pta chl ske . Bar bar horn dena padta hai. 49 speed hai jo ke km hai minimum 55 kmpl toh hona chiye . Trip meter bekar hai .key nekal lo toh zero se start hota hai .
