2. 1.5 Cup Flatten Rice (Poha)
3. 1.5 Tsp Salt

6. 1/4 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder
7. 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
8. 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
9. 1 Tbsp Sugar
10. 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
11. 1 Tbsp Green Chilly Paste
12. 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leave
For Batter :-
1. 1 Cup Urad dal White lentil
2. 1 Tsp Salt
3. 3/4 Cup Water
Tomato Chutney :-
1. 4 Tomatoes
2. 1/2 Tsp Oil
3. 1 Cloves
4. 1 Cinnamon Stick
5. 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida
6. 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
7. 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
8. 1/2 Tsp Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
9. 1/4 Tsp Salt
10. 1/4 Tsp Black Salt
11. 1 Tbsp Sugar
12. 1 Tbsp Jaggery
For Serving:-
1. Green Chutney
2. Chopped Tomato
3. Chopped Capsicum
4. Red Chilly Powder
5. Black Salt
6. Chat Masala
7. Sev
8. Chopped Coriander Leaves
In Hindi:-
वड़ा स्टफिंग के लिए:-
1. 4 कच्चा केला
२.१.५ कप चपटा चावल (पोहा)
3. 1.5 छोटा चम्मच नमक
4. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हींग
5. 1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया जीरा पाउडर
6. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच सूखा अदरक पाउडर
7. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
8. 1 बड़ा चम्मच नींबू का रस
9. 1 बड़ा चम्मच चीनी
10. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर
११. १ बड़ा चम्मच हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
१२. १/४ कप कटा हरा धनिया
बेहतरी के लिए :-
1. 1 कप उड़द की दाल सफेद दाल
2. 1 छोटा चम्मच नमक
3. ३/४ कप पानी
टमाटर की चटनी :-
1. 4 टमाटर
2. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच तेल
3. 1 लौंग
4. 1 दालचीनी स्टिक
5. 1/8 छोटा चम्मच हींग
6. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
7. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
8. 1/2 छोटा चम्मच धनिया जीरा पाउडर
9. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच नमक
10. 1/4 छोटा चम्मच काला नमक
11. 1 बड़ा चम्मच चीनी
12. 1 बड़ा चम्मच गुड़
सर्विंग के लिए:-
1. हरी चटनी
2. कटा हुआ टमाटर
3. कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च
4. लाल मिर्च पाउडर
5. काला नमक
6. चाट मसाला
