मकान का कार्य बहुत ही सुन्दर और लाजवाब है । पहाड़ों में इतनी शानदार कारीगरी सचमुच अच्छे मिस्त्री लोगों की अनोखी पहचान है।मकान का नक्शा बनाने वाले ने बड़े ही ध्यान से एक एक चीज को ध्यान में रखकर बनाया।उनको बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ।साथ ही जिसने दीवारों पर पेन्ट के रंगों का चयन कर दीवारों को इतना खुबशुरत बनाया।वह भी धन्यवाद के पात्र है।मकान सचमुच जीवन में एक बार ही बनता है।आपने हर एक चीज का विडियों के।माध्यम से बताया।विडियों बहुत ही सुन्दर लगा।मगर आपने यह नही बताया कि अब तक कुल मिलाकर इस मकान पर कितनी लागत आई है।और यह मकान कितने समय में बनकर तैयार हुआ ।यह दोनों प्रशन का उतर आप हमें अगले विडियों के माध्यम से जरूर बताऐ।जी आपको नये भवन बनाने की अग्रिम शुभकामनाएँ ।ईश्वर आपकी हर मनोकामना पूरी करे ।राजकीय राज बाला महिला शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण केन्द्र लाल जी की डुंगरी जालोर राजस्थान से ।

Your house is looking very beautiful as you said a lot of extra expenses also. But final outcome is great . One suggestion outside don't put full tiles leave a bit space and plant flowers like your sister house she has roses Second suggestion near okli leave space to walk to kitchen garden.

पहाड़ों में फैशनेबल घर जाड़ों के दिनों में किसी नरक से कम नहीं ठंड में इन घरों में रहना बहुत कठिन है वो भी केदारनाथ जैसे बर्फीले क्षेत्र में फिर भी नया घर बहुत सुंदर बना है शुभ गृह प्रवेश।

Very good work however I have a few observations 1. By Design no kitchen on Ground Floor although there are 2 kitchens in the house (one on First Floor, a modern one and the second on the terrace, a pahadi kitchen). God forbid, in case the lady of the house has a temporary condition where she is facing difficulty to climb stairs then a Kitchen and 1 bedroom with toilet on GF will be handy, she can't climb the stairs but can cook with her hands. So the modern Kitchen should have been on the GF by design. 2. The sitting area/living room/drawing room where you have kept the new sofa set is actually a covered veranda since the front glass does not cover the entire opening instead curtains are being put. Now the curtains will not protect from harsh weather conditions like heavy rains, winters months when it snows in Triyuginarayan and may be summers (with global warming the summer in the hills are getting hotter). The expensive items kept in this area will get effected over a period of time. I suggest you may consider to cover the remaining area too with openable glass or sliding glass windows so that they can be closed/opened as per your requirement. Please don't take my observations/feedback as a negative remark I thought it is my privilege to point out these suggestion since this is your first time experience for building a house and I watch your vlogs regularly.
