ASA. I have read a few news items in the recent past where it was said that Naya Nazimabad is not leased property and is not mortgageable with banks due to this reason. There was some litigation going on in the Supreme Court in this respect due to the conversion of the Javedan Cement Factory into a residential society. Hope that litigation and all the matters related to the ownership title or lease/sub-lease are resolved now. Please cover this aspect in such informative videos as well in addition to highlighting only positives.
