Her pores are probably irritated by now, her hair is definitely what we would call "Fried and died". She needs to let her hair breathe for a bit and just chill out with the chemicals.

frequent use of blonde dye is very damaging. It can permenantly damage the scalp and cause hair loss. people should just wear their natural hair colour. healthy hair looks best. and to address your point about her hair being brown.. I actually heard east asians with black hair, their hair lifts easier to blonde than brown hair does.. brown hair is the most stubborn and therefore the most damage is caused. just what I heard, not 100% sure.

My gf is Asian and her hair has a natural brownish-red tint to it and she always wants to dye it black, but all her Asian friends are jealous of her hair color.
