The Norris Nuts do a challenge to determine the budget for their make up shopping. There is a skateboard challenge to determine the money and the Norris Nuts go surfing. Then the buy the make up with online shopping. Once they find out James Charles is the judge they get busy on their make up looks and submit a video to James to judge.
