You sure can, there are quite a few buses leaving from both bus stations in Lisbon daily and the trip takes about one hour and a half

Hello, I really wouldn’t be able to tell you which one. It depends totally on what you are looking for. Perhaps you can start by staying two or three weeks in one and see if it works for you. As for smoking, only outside not inside restaurants and bars. What time of the year are you planning to travel?
