Are Wahabi Ahl e Hadees the same?
The beliefs of Ibn Abdul Wahab were widely criticized by the religious scholars of that time, and even condemned by his father and brother.
The major difference between Wahabi is that it opposes the concept of Taqlid. Taqlid is unquestioning acceptance of the legal decisions of others, without knowing the basis of that decision. Deobandi and Barelvi support Taqlid.

Wahabi is not a sect they don't call themselves wahabi. People who are not wahabi call them and named them wahabi. The purpose of wahabis is not divide and create another sect, they just follow the salafs or you can call salafi manjah, which is obligatory for all muslims to follow.

danakhan, No, Berelvis are outright WRONG, STRAYED. Rasul was a human being, descendant from man ADAM. Rasul was NOOR of hidayet, guidance, same like Quran says - Taurat, Injeel were NOOR. So, are Taurat, Injeel made of NOOR or Wahi written as books( kitab)? NOOR - here, in this context means - hedayat, guidance, direction, straight path, way to salvation. Berelvis are WRONG.

@@sahil_india2813 I was born in a family of deobandi school of thought,in latter stage of my life with grace of Allah the almighty I gained knowledge of the Qur'an and Hadith and I build my aqeeda based on the Qur'an.Then in my latter stage of life I came across with Ahle Hadith ie the Wahabism and I correlated my aqeeda with them.That's why I became Wahabi unknowingly.

@@sahil_india2813 that's correct you have no idea.Deobandis mostly have same aqeeda as Barelvis except few things such as qabarparasti, miladunnabi,etc.. but all kinds of biddah they also practice.I don't understand why Barelvi and deobandi fight with each other while both have same aqeeda mostly.In my observation, Barelvi have full of shirq,biddah khurafat and deobandi have some sense of tawheed and sunnah.In my view mushiq e mecca and hardline Barelvi have any difference.

Barelvi believe in hayat un Nabi, some deobandi also believe that.Barelvi believe in super natural Power of "awliya" , deobandi also believe that, Barelvi believe in Abdul Qadir jeelani as ghaus aajam, some deobandi also believe in him, Barelvi do qabarparasti and some some deobandis also visit shrines, dargha mazaar.., Barelvi observe many bidats such as chaliswa,barsi ,shab e baraat, deobandis also believe and practice such bidats.. lots of similarities are there between them.After the Fatwa of Barelvi imam Ahmad Raza Khan agnaist deobandi leaders, this sectarian conflict increased in our subcontinent and remain so.

@@sahil_india2813 yes my own brother went out in Tablighi jamat multiple times and I appreciate their efforts to revive Islam within muslim community but They don't invite non muslims to the fold of Islam.By the way That's why I said they are far better than Barelvi qabarparast.But they have serious fault in aqeeda and practices . Deobandis mostly are buzurg parast, whatever their buzurg said that's final even they reject sahi Hadith of Rasulullah if it's not fit into their preconceived aqeeda spoon feeded by their" buzurg".They don't follow the Qur'an and sunnah strictly.They do Taqlid blindly to their buzurg.
