hello sir i bought it 16 days ago and it has arrived, i installed it on my desk and it fitted perfectly ( on the side ) because i coudlnt make it trough the back of my desk because my desk has a desk lip , unfortunely my nbf80 is tighten too hard i have to force it tio be adjusted. But all now no problem, this product is awesome i am so good with this. thanks for this video sir

Okay, figured it out. You don't have to take the plastic off. Get the thick allen key in there at a slight angle and it'll still fit, the F(5mm), it's sometimes with phillips on one side, and you gotta turn it a lot before you can move it down. Like 20 turns to the left, it'll start loosening up. So 5 or 6 turns isn't enough. Just keep turning left and keep trying after every 15 to 20 turns.

Sir nice video, I was just wondering, when mine finally came, I tried to twist the head piece (the one that connects to the monitor) in a counter clock wise position, as you can see, we have the same orientation when you opened your box. May I ask, how were you able to twist it? Wouldn’t it break the plastic? I’m not referring to the tilt, I’m asking about the clock wise or counter clockwise positioning of it, is there any way for me to loosen it up?

FOUND THE ANSWER, fellas. JUST TURN IT 45 DEGREES, grab both sides with both of your hands AND TURN IT, TURN IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT!!! They come with stickers sometimes now telling you to TURN IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT!!!! So turn it like you meant it. That plate rotates 360 sideways, both ways.

Bro I have a problem on twisting the part that is attached to the monitor, you have twisted it in the video on 7:08-11. The part that is attached to the monitor is not straight, it is twisted and when I try to adjust it, it is just tooo hard to be adjusted. Please help pls help

wasalam.. kalau dia, kita ubah arm, dia naik balik.. kena ikut arah jam.. untuk lower kn torque.. kalau dia lembut/atau position dia xstay.. kena lawan jam.. kuatkan torque..

If I can't adjust this arm to go lower for me I'm gonna break it and return it broken. That's the only way to teach them to show clear instructions on how to do it. What a bunch of clowns.
