If you do make a fully closed splitter for downforce. You should put some service holes in it with a block off plate that could be secured with a few bolts.

What would happen if you hit a asphalt speedbump with a bit of speed? Im guessing the speedbump will break the alluminium spliiter of at its mounting points or bend upwards. Im looking in making something like this but europe is full of speedbumps.

Will the splitter and the side skirts fit NB2?

The skirts and spoiler fit 99-05. The splitter currently only fits an NB1. We are working on a version for the NB2, hopefully we'll have that soon here. The difference is the NB2 doesn't have a bumper lip, and the bottom of the bumper is not flat, so it'll be a slightly different design to get it to look right and not have any gaps.

@@leroyengineering oh they fit? Awesome! Also, I have a aftermarket GV style front lip, I'm assuming I'd have to lose that in order to mount the splitter?

@@travdripdrip382Correct, for the NB1 (99-00) you will need the OEM style front lip.
