It is. But the ruling is 5 seconds back to the basket, when below the free throw line extended. The ones in the video start with the player beyond the free throw line. You are right it is in the game, Smoove just didn't know its below the free throw line, and that you can dribble back to the basket if you aren't tween the line and the hoop.

Smoove I see you have Closer on, so my advice is DO AS MUCH LEAN'S (3PT, MID RANGE) when your Closer activates, your player cant miss and you get A+ for selection, timing....Try it can be very usefull :D
