When your at the menu for MyPlayer you need to press B>Player>Equip Upgrades and scroll down to the Dunk Packages. It will say "none" for all of them because you probably haven't selected any. You can put on the default dunk packages but you can buy some by going to "Animations" which is right under "Player Upgrades".

Smoove, Closer gives a bonus to moving shots, like fadeaways, hop jumpers and spin jumpers, thats why gordon hits those hard shots in the clutch, you should try to use that as well
