try making new mycareer and get to top 3 pick. at first im at pick 7 by denver nuggets and dont have free shoes right after i pick nike but when i create another mycareer and goes to the lakers in top 2 i get all nike free right after i pick nike ...it immediately go to level 2 compensation.. same with other endorsement like mitchell and ness direct to level 3 if you're in top 3 pick..... its easy to go top 3 just set difficulty on rookie when college
