Do note that this is a simulation; not real life. As a Cavaliers fan, unfortunately, I honestly don't know what would happen. We lost some defensive values, so points allowed per game will definitely go up. Both teams are really great teams and that's why there's a rivalry between the two. Also, the Warriors aren't the only ones that the Cavaliers are competing against. You have three teams in the Western division trying to fight to get that NBA Finals spot: Rockets, Spurs, and the Oklahoma City Thunders. Gsw are the champs but i wanna give the edge to the Cavs. They're a new team with great additions. Gotta see how IT does to see if they're better without kyries offense. Gsw same team for past 4 seasons except addition of zaza and kd. Attrition sets in after 3 finals appearances so I think it will take a physical and mental toll for gsw more so than the cavs.

2K18 is so slow at default speed. Gotta push the slider up to around 60 to get it flowing like a real NBA game. And you gotta turn down the body-up strength setting a bit... players get caught on each other when cutting way too much, and they sort of stick to each other. Either way, I still don't think Cleveland wins a 7 game series versus the warriors with Wade. Now, if the trade for Carmelo and Paul George didn't get axed on draft night, then you got a warrior-beater of a team. Carmelo Anthony AND Paul George had a deal done to get traded to the Cavaliers on draft night but the league axed the deal(I think). Cleveland still needs another piece. If I were them, I'd seriously consider finding a way to trade I.T plus that nets draft pick for a big time point guard who's a better defender and a better playmaker, someone like a Chris Paul who just happens to be best friends with Lebron. He's also a little bit taller and isn't such a liability because of it. Hell I've watched Chris Paul guard Kevin Durant and actually cause problems for him. The only problem though is, either CP3 would need to take a big pay cut for the 1 yr deal he'd sign or the Cavs would need to free up a bit of money to make a deal of that caliber happen. I think they're better off getting rid of that nets pick because if there's any chance that nets pick doesn't become a top 5 pick, it's not worth hanging onto it when you can get a piece that'll make you seriously challenge Golden State NOW. I think the rockets would give up CP3 for I.T plus that draft pick...I'd say the values are close to equal on that deal considering I.T's health. I don't know all the in's and out's of NBA trade rules/values, etc...that was just a shower thought I had... because I think CP3 on the Cavaliers with Lebron, Wade and Kevin Love is a team that can beat the warriors.
