Thanks for the tips man! I figured out that putback is also broken if you grab the rebound and go back up right away. I'm able to dunk on anybody in the paint and don't get blocked nearly as much anymore ( running gold putback boss )

Exactly, that's the main purpose of the badge tbh. Should have probably said that in the video that the badge has a dual purpose and is insane for anyone with a high inside finishing.

I love this badge in rec. I’ve jumped over peoples back to get the Putback. I think limitless plus contact dunks makes it easier to do also. I get at least 1 a game. I have it only on silver by the way.

This is the most accurate video I’ve seen. This is coming from someone who also does putback (more frequently on next gen than on current gen). I only run it on bronze but im gonna move it up to gold this weekend to see whether there will be any difference. Nice video

Na, its pretty much impossible to dunk with 25dunk, but you'll make every wide open layup with 25 layup

Common misconception, you don't need to hold turbo or be running at all. Just be in position and tap square when the ball hits the rim. As a center I've even done putbacks WHILE BOXING OUT THE OTHER CENTER (holding L2) just tapped square at the right time and in the right position. Running is only relevant to get you into position (like coming from the 3pt line, which was your situation)

Yes. That's actually the main feature of the badge. It greatly boosts your slashing abilities following a rebound. My lockdown has a 25 standing dunk but he does standing dunks after getting an offensive board.

@@michaelmayers3622 Im guessing you havnt watched an NBA game since 2010. Its ok Ill bring ya up to speed. Theres no such thing as positions now, everyone is 6'9 and under, and everyone can shoot a 3, but cant hit from the elbow to save their life. Everyone plays Popovich style defense, and because everyone is the same size, pick and rolls no longer work because teams just switch on everyone. Isolation is king, where a player will hold the ball for 7 seconds, then just jack up a 3. Not like the iso from the 90s where you had a pf on the weak side to run pnrs off of, the game us litterly just one guy, brings the ball up the court, everyone gets out of the way, they double dribble for a couple seconds, then jack up a shot. Im kinda jelous that your still stuck to when basketball was fun to watch.

Yes limitless affects all dunks, all players need silver. Posterizer isn't that relevant. Run putback on silver its the best value and same effect I've found.

Yes. Rebounding doesn't make a big difference in the dunk, I just feel like on my lock I get a lot of animations where I take the board out of the centers hands sometimes.

It can be anything tbh. Rebounding helps a bit but you still can get it super easy with 25 rebound. The build in the video, my lock, has 87 offensive rebound with bronze rebound chaser.

Vert honestly doesn’t matter. I get them all the time with my 2 guard with put back boss on bronze and only a 69 vert

I guess it makes sense given that people shoot 7/7 from behind halfcourt in 2K nowadays, we can do putback dunks and stuff pretty efficiently also. My lockdown has gotten 99% of my putbacks cause I sit in the corner 100% of the time.
