If they add career earnings and be able to spend them on the extra curricular activities (making music, buying property, vehicles, etc.), clothes, etc. Also be able to unlock Owner Mode once you make a certain amount of money where you could be able to add expansion teams, relocate current teams, design new uniforms, etc. It would be crazy. I love this RPG style of sports gaming. Just needs more immersion.
