He goes through the same emotions I do. Usually around the 2-3 quarter HoF 2K punishes you for playing well by making the CPU slide on D superhumanly fast. They stop calling fouls, your players get bumped by 160-lbers and fall out of bounds or pick up dribble. I actively hate playing the game in the 2nd quarter, and it's really disappointing that this BS is still in the game despite the next gen makeover. It tells you that they're adding all sorts of bells but not touching the fundamental AI that people have been complaining about since 2k18. The most infuriating bit is how they make your teammates play like idiots on HoF, forcing you to score 50-point triple doubles to win by 3, because your 90+ overall teammate--the reason you selected the team--is literally 1-17.
