While I agree coz the Original definitely sounds better (coz I'm not into that soppy 90's/retro cheesy club music), I guess they chose this version coz the original is too chill. And since 2K is a sports game, the need energy as opposed to chill.

@@MrKneegrow nah 2k has had a whole lot of chill songs over the years. Their song choices just sucks now unfortunately
