My fault bro I forgot to clip that part after the game, but it was 0.3% or 0.4% on the Vet 1 to Vet 2 bar for every game. It alternated each game between those two percents. On the Vet 3 to Vet 4 bar that I’m on now it’s either 0.2% or 0.3% every game

This isn’t true man. When they quit out of the game you still get % to your rep bar. As a matter of fact the quit outs actually speed up the rep grind. For me on the Vet 3 to Vet 4 bar I usually get around 0.3% for an excellent game and usually 0.2% if I can force a 1st/2nd Quarter quit out. I check after almost every game and my % definitely goes up after quit outs.
