Everybody remember that you have to complete the trouble in paradise quest to be able to build your team. I failed mine not knowing I needed to do it, and now I'm locked out of being able to influence the recruitment in the off season FOREVER. You can't complete it retroactively if you miss the 1st opportunity to invite that certain player to the FIBA game.
