Each year i got the feeling it's the same 2k. Only change is the cover athletes changing. Crowd looks the same , commentators as well. The players still seem as rigid in their movements after an action in particular.

LOL, it's the same garbage as previous years. Pass the ball. Move the player. Pass the ball. Move the player. Very disjointed, there's seemingly no intelligence in AI teammates. Nobody cutting or setting picks or running the give and go, none of that. You literally have to make every single thing happen. This is the one thing that none of the basketball game makers over the years either can't resolve, or they don't want to.

The acceleration and deceleration is messed up. When NBA explode the usually do it with a quick twitch first step and bending their body. It doesn't automatically result in a further dribble. A fast wing can take you off the dribble in their first step with burst. In addition in a heavy drive and kick game good wings can attack to closeout. Defenders here tend to be very ballanced and stable even when the scramble or shuffle their feet. Also when help comes most of the time the other offensive players just hang around close. In reality the NBA games is full of hard cuts to the basket and moving to open spots. Also haven't played a good 5 years and the passing is still off. The graphics are fine, but it's just not how basketball is played today
