99 rebound is definitely worth it what. Literally most centers have 96 rebound and up.

I got 99 pass. I love passing the ball and i make some really good passes. The game also just throws the ball at teammates’ feet or out of bounds plenty of times too. Wish there was less RNG with a 99

No attribute is worth taking it to 99 before cap breakers. Once you get your first 7 cap breakers you can go 99 dunk, 99 mid, 99 close shot for Pf’s and centers,99 speed, 99 speed with ball, 99 block, 99 rebound off or def or 99 strength.

Facts i used my cap breakers on 99 middy is not worth it but let me tell shooting 63 % from 3 22 pts a game have been awesome for me this season 💯
