I disagree. It can just as popular as it used to be, but 2k and its shareholders want to pump micro transactions and it’s turning people away. Not to mention the devs act like they’re listening to the community but never fix the main issues people have been complaining about with these games for years. Same gameplay issues, server issues since I can remember and no fixes. If they don’t turn a corner the next year or two the game will officially be dead with how many people will have left by then.

imagine a rank system like cod ranked play, since 2k already has seasons, rookie to legend and then top 500 and it resets every season i feel like it will give you a reason to grind every season and streams would be fire again. lets say legend its 15000 points to hit legend every season and then after that you got to keep playing to get points to maintain your top 500, matchmaking only not like pro am the, if you lose you lose points if you win you win points until you reach the top they gotta show us how many points we win and lose tho that would be fire. Even MLB has a rank system like that it resets every season.
