It is abundantly clear. When observing Ramadan, the mavs got him high quality food catered to him for sunset. Net threw him a damn banana and lunch able fruit cups. The nets forced him answer inflammatory bs questions in pressers that ultimately led to controversy. The nets forced him to sit out of available games because of health concerns that they failed to understand. After all this, the nets failed to properly start a rebuild when they should have got an assett haul of epic porportions from the "big 3." Yet they are a lottery team without picks, while the player they tried to do dirty is thriving. Karma, ball dont lie, basketball gods, whatever you want to call it. Just because its connected to religion doesnt mean its not a cultural thing. Do you know why breakfast is named as such? because your breaking your "fasting". Just because western culture has completely forgotten about this and become obese and lazy doesnt mean its a bad thing. In fact im pretty sure america would be a better country if people started doing some period of fasting every year. But as they say, stupid people always think themselves clever.
