Also, let’s not forget, MJ has NEVER EVER said he was a GOAT. People and players etc do, but never out of his own mouth. He just has that respect world wide. When he was retired, a Bulls forward said he would school MJ in 1v1. So MJ came into Bulls practice and schooled him. The famous saying by MJ came from there, “If you reach, I’ll teach.” MJ being in his 50s still has it and teaches kids personally at his basketball flight school and they even play against MJ. So for him to never say he was a GOAT and James always saying that he himself is, even though state and players and fans, coaches and so forth disagree with James, it still says a lot about MJs humble personality.
