Normally agree with a lot of your thoughts but the whole Tatum defending the center thing would be a bad move. Why would you want Tatum in the paint defending the center and Porzingis away from the rim defending PJ Washington? Porzingis is obviously your best rim protector of the 2. And having Tatum trying to defend the center, luka and kyrie in the pick and roll is asking for foul trouble. It’s also going to tire your top scorer out instead of chilling outside relaxing. And you mention that Tatum defended the center a lot against the Pacers. Well yeah, Porzingis didn’t play that series lol that was also basically the opposite matchup than the Mavs. This matchup the PF(PJ) is the 3 point shooter and Gafford/Lively are strictly inside scorers. Pacers matchup the PF(Siakim) isn’t really a 3 point shooter while the center(Turner) is. Having Porzingis away from the paint and having Tatum in the paint against those bigs and getting gassed defending the pick and roll would literally be backwards and wouldn’t make any sense here

I think Maxi K will make a impact in this series more than Gafford. Being that Maxi can spread the court more with his shooting, and allow the lanes to open up for Kyrie and Luka to win their 1 v 1 matchup.

Boston needs to do what Minnesota did NOT do and make Luka work on defense and use some energy. If Luka wants to essentially play a 1-man zone, fine. Boston has guys that can be in the corner and cut to the basket or possibly create near the baseline.

PJ is the biggest mismatch Dallas has, if he's hitting his shot, look for a big game. Livley is a better option to match up against KP & Boston in general, look for him to get more time then Gafford.

Kristaps and horford will look foolish this entire series just like gobert and towns. Tatum has to test them apart on isolations for Celtics to win. Jaylen brown also has the ability to take over a game so this series should go 6-7
