Jeremiah Peñaflor they had nothing on Shaq and Kobe. Wade is fast but even earlier in his career he was an injury case because he threw himself around. Riley put a hell of a team around him and gave him the ball. Dirk and Nash had a nice 1-2 going on but the west was strong. SA and the Lakers owned the league. No Dunkin and Shaq to Miami changed things. Dirk was good but every game I watched Nash was running things. Granted he is a point guard. Their is a reason he got the MVP in Phoenix. I'm surprised Dallas got a ring after he left but the Suns didn't.

The one that hurts most for me isn’t even on this video and that’s Brandon Roy. He was my first NBA icon I remember knowing about because of how much my dad loved him as a trail blazer fan for his whole life. The fact that I didn’t grow up and continue to see his level of play as a young player just didn’t make sense to me at the time, but as I got older I understood that he was constantly injured.
