Forget that they don't make players like Chuck anymore. They don't make people like Chuck anymore

Without a doubt Charles Barkley was one of the most incredible people I have ever meet. I ran a bar in Milwaukee Wisconsin And had the pleasure of having him frequent it many many times. I have so many great stories as bout the man. He used to make my face hurt from Laughing so hard hanging with him. I will always look at him as a person that if you spend any amount of time with him. You will respect and feel blessed to have spend time with him

Also I believe he was a 4th degree Black Belt. He could hurt anybody if he felt like it.

Charles was an athletic freak, the way he moved and second jumped. All at maybe 6‘5“… loved to watch him play.

Always loved and respected CB. His skills- drive and personality demanded it.

He’s the greatest player that never won a chip. Damn Jordan!!

Jordan retired and Hakeem won two rings, so that excuse doesn't fly.

@@thomascrowniii1693 Barkley took the Rockets to a game 7 in ‘94 and he was injured. Plus the Rockets had a better team. Barkley carried the Suns.

I agree. If he was 6"10 he would be the best to ever play the game

It's crazy the amount of money they paid back then for guys who played harder in worse conditions as far as penalties were concerned. Barkley got 2 million for 4 years. Guys who sit on the bench and never play get a million for 1 season in today's game. Lol, I love Ernie in this segment

If you adjust for inflation, it’s about the same! But Chuck was no benchwarmer

To the youngins who wasn't old enough to remember or witness....watching Chuck in the 80s/90s was a site to see. He was a problem out there

The fact people think Zion is more authentic than Barkley has always seemed carzy to me. Barkley could take it off the rim and go coast to coast and dunk on the biggest player on the other team with two hands. Post game sick off the dribble monster his fade away jump shot unstoppable. Barkley game is so underrated.

As a kid in the 90s, Chuck was hands down my favorite player. I had a full purple Suns Barkley uniform and the poster on my wall way back when. MJ was no 1. But Chuck was the most fun.

I'm from New Zealand, but remember the Dream Team well. It was widely reported, with alot of amazement, how Charles Barkley would leave his hotel room and take in the sights like any other tourist.

Barkley was super strong, that's what most people don't realize. he wasn't anywhere near the best skill level but he was one of those dudes that is just an absolute powerhourse compared to other people. Ben Wallace was like that too

Barkley is often overlooked because he refused to be in the 2k video games. A lot of ppl judge who the best players are by those games, these days. Plus, everyone is overlooked in the MJ era.

I had his jersey for more 10 years and i lost it biggest regret i wanted to hanged it up now im getting old. The man played in the NBA like he was in the hood basketball court he loves to win .. like it supposed to be .. usually players look like just chilling playing at 60% ..but he gave 101%❤
