He turned the league into a 3 point shooting competition. It was boring. But Curry's revolution was extremely short thanks to Jokic, Giannis, Embiid, and now Wembanyama. The importance of length and cohesiveness is coming back.

@@EmmanuelEmman-fe6wi Thats just opinion. But I've yet to see proof. He just shoots 3s with a system built around that. If you run the same Steve Kerr system around Reggie Miller or Ray Allen, they would be as successful as Curry. He's nothing special. Allen, Miller, and Kerr himself did that style of game play before. They just didn't have a system built around that style like Curry has. Besides, Curry needed a team of all stars to win because his style doesn't work in the long run.

@@alfasiger4178 It's like you're Determined to prove how little you know about basketball. If you think Miller or Allen have Curry's raw ability, court vision, touch around the basket, or handles, you're beyond delusional. This isn't up for debate. . .countless people have asked THEM what they think about the subject. (Including this video you apparently didn't bother to watch.) You're on the internet. . .use it.

This question has always hit close to home. Growing up in the 80s in Los Angeles, 7 miles from The Forum in Inglewood. We had a secret entrance at sidewalk level. There was an entrance that came in where the bar and the roast beef sandwich restaurant. We knew the manager... Codeword: Ray and you were in the lower level of the Forum and the Loge sections. Pre-season games , we could get within a few rows from court side. ...... Now.... For the past 20yrs, I've lived the Bay Area, 15 in Oakland, I am a Steph Curry disciple. He is everything you could possible want in a team mate (🐐) Management 🐐, ownership #2 behind lbj);, the media 🐐, sponsor 🐐 (again, only behind lbj), Fans 🐐 arguable, but this is still Steph's generation

Call it like it is. Back in the day you could push, pull, kick and send opponents to and early grave. That's not Curry s fault the league changed its rules, so the conversation of him making it in those conditions is something that can NEVER be proven, making that argument pointless. Magic is the most decorated point guard of all times. Kobe had 5 rings and he's not even in the goat conversation. Proving that shiny trophies are a symbol of the times. Steph was overlooked and disrespected his whole career. He needed KD although KD came to him, He didn't win MVP while KD was there ( rather he was better or not is objective). Steph revolutionized the game, Chuck couldn't play in today's league, he likes to assault players to much. Curry makes the league play his game away, majority of the league has a 3 pt shot in their bag, and that's due to Steph Curry, the greatest shooter in the world!💯💯

I grew up with basketball since Jordan played, watched even older games than that on VHS, and still watch it today and the difference between who's the best point guard of all time really isn't a debate it's hands down Steph and here's why. The difference between Magic and Steph is size. Imagine if Steph was Magic size and could still shoot like he does. Magic was a bigger guy who could dominate a court more so than others. Not saying Magic wasn't great because he was for sure but in a different way than the game is played today. Steph couldn't be as good as he is if he was in Magic era and same goes with Magic in todays era. It's 2 different styles of basketball. Magic didn't change the game of basketball but Steph did. So no matter if your team Magic or team Steph both are great but to me I just see Steph leading the debate because of his size compared to Magic.

Steph is the greatest Pure Point Guard of All time. Here me out... Magic although known as a point guard was not physical built as one. He just happens to have "genetics" that zeke talked about. Of course Magic would flex his accomplishments to get his point and he just did. Hes on a different category... point forward maybe? But the way he played, the way he orchestrated is not really coming from a point guard standpoint. Plus, let me go on a tangent here the way Stockton got his assists was to the mail man. Magic got KAJ and other great players. Steph on the other hand, defense come to him, he is the main point of defensive stategies yet he can still move without the ball, distribute and be a freakin' shooter. They are both unicorns... Steph and magic both changed the game. Steph is the greatest point guard... Magic is the greates point forward.

The "point guard" debate is foolish, and has been for a while. For one, the entire NBA is moving more and more towards positionless play. For two, Steph hasn't played that role for a good long while, now. The Dubs offense just flows much, Much differently than anything that conventional. Just appreciate the greatness. . .quit trying to qualify/label it.
