It’s funny! The Nuggets and the Lakers did the Rockets a favor in ‘94 and ‘95 by eliminating Seattle, which culminated into two chips for the Rockets! In ‘96, Seattle avoided the Lakers, who was eliminated by the Rockets. The Rockets ultimately met Seattle in the next round after winning this game. The Rockets could no longer avoid Seattle this time around as they met in the next round. As we know, the Rockets were swept by Seattle, who gave the Rockets fits in the 90’s. What if Seattle played the Rockets in ‘94 and ‘95? Like Alex Bregman said, I guess we’ll never know…🤔

Interesting that three of the four Western Conference playoff series Magic lost were to the Rockets
