Kicking the ball or striking it with any part of the leg is a violation when it is an intentional act. The ball accidentally striking the foot, the leg or fist is not a violation. The ball hit Westbricks foot by accident so it shouldn't have been called

How you solve horrible calls made by the officials is simple… hold them accountable just as you do the players for their acts. Fine and suspend officials for blatantly awful calls. I guarantee we wouldn’t see as many bad calls if we started doing that.

A couple of things I disagreed with: Max Struss, yes it looks like he was inbound but if you look in a super zoomed in camera maybe his foot is touching the line? How do you guys know?
