People forget how good of a PF Amar'e was. Athletic, Skilled guy, with a nice mid-range touch, awesome to run P&R/ P&P 's with, yet still be a guy that can give you glimpses of instant offense if you feed the ball to him, after the original play didn't work. That's a big man, that will make any PG happy. Just ask Steve Nash.
@averageinternetsurfer8089 Жыл бұрын
nahh like fr. Stoudemire was and will still be the best PF in my eyes, he was a dunking monster like Griffin but with a nice mid- range shooting touch as you said, he was also a great passer.
@SwishScopeOfficial8 жыл бұрын
This Amare was still an Amare that held back from dunking similar to Blake now. A dream match up would be #32 PHX Amare vs this Blake.

@mrtrololorific8 жыл бұрын
Francisco Borbon real talk. Amare even made Felton look good. Melo messed it up and STAT's injuries made it worse for the next few years. Now look at where the Knicks are. Could've gotten further without Melo.

Francisco Borbon seriously. We could've just gotten him in Free agency and kept all these pieces. The what ifs man.... Also, I try to repress this but turiaf was our center... lol
@faisalsalam41618 жыл бұрын
Dude that is why I hate the Knicks front office so damn much. We could have got melo in the off season if they wanted him badly enough. We could have kept this entire team. Their biggest weakness has always been that they can't develop good young talent.
@usamachaudhry96178 жыл бұрын
Francisco Borbon They became better in 2012 though and that was the best Knick team in recent memory. STAT'S injuries were an issue more than anything. It wasn't possible for him to be the superstar he was anymore.

You know Griffin can really sky because often his head is at rim or higher level and he has a tendency to accidently hit his head on the backboard (due to his fearlessness and tenacity down deep , around the hoop defensively and offensively ) . Also, his arms are relatively short which also necessitates him to use his jumping ability more often .
