I miss this team so much. I never wanted Green, McGee, KCP, Caruso, or Howard to be traded yet “fans” wanted it. This lakers team was one of the greatest teams ever put together in franchise history. Winning it all for Kobe made it the best title in my opinion.

Man I missed this team so much so that I always look at their 2020 season highlights. I can vividly remember every game they had and if I have school Id look for their highlights afterwards. That season opener against the Clippers and the last one where they win it in Clippers homecourt were fun. The one they had 20 blocks against Detroit, 50 piece for AD against Minnesota, LeBron dominating against the Bucks on Staples and proved why he should be the MVP of that season. Rondo went off in Game 6 NBA finals. Dwight Game 1 against the Nuggets and so much more. Those memories were fun and the Lakers should have never let them get away just because they thought they would ask more money. Id say they deserve those money and contracts because that Lakers' chemistry were on an all time high.

I still can’t believe they traded Caruso, KCP, Howard, McGee, Morris, rondo, & Danny Green over the last 2 seasons for this. Despite getting Howard back and Rondo back earlier in the 21-22 season… they won a chip with that squad. Like why not try to run it back? They traded a bunch of players and then they try to revolve their terrible bench players around LeBron, AD, & Westbrook. Just blows my mind. 2019-20 Lakers was special, and they did it for Kobe. ❤️ I just hate to see all that time and potential wasted. Lakers forever. 🙌🏻
