Without a doubt, he's the most underrated player in NBA history. Dude was unselfish and didn't care about stats, but still ended up 9th All-Time in post-season scoring (ahead of legends like D-Wade, Larry Bird, Hakeem, Dirk, Magic, Pippen, Chamberlain, just to name a few). And on that post-season scoring list, there's only 3 guards ahead of him (Jordan, Kobe, and Jerry West, all of which are SG's, meaning Parker is ranked 1st all-time in post-season scoring for PG's...yet his name is rarely mentioned when discussing the great PG's of all time)

@I'm 6'2 i think you have misunderstood the whole thing, Spurs had no room for TP to play assuming Dejounte was healthy and they also have the young reserves like Derrick White and Bryn Forbes as the back up. That's why they have sent him to Hornets who just signed with former spurs assistant coach James Borrego who desperately needs a vet PG as the back up PG for Kemba and TP can have more play minutes. Don't get me start with Kawhi please.

@I'm 6'2 to me i think it was lack of communication between both parties, if you look at how spurs have been resting TD and Manu throughout the season late in their career, it is hard to believe that Spurs won't take care of Kawhi the same way. He's just a guy doesn't wanna talk and once he realized that Spurs med team had misdiagnosed his injury, he/his uncle found a reason to quit.

Use TD and Manu for example, how did they have such a long career with the Spurs? that's because Spurs take care of their players like no other organizations will. I still don't believe the Spurs will force Kawhi to play if he wasn't at 100%. Even if that was the case, if Kawhi would've said it, Pop would surely listen to Kawhi as he was the greatest asset on the team. All and all, Kawhi just wanted to leave the team, all the other stuffs happened were just gave him better reason to leave.
