Finally, a role player with a good overall offensive bag on the mavs. Mavs only had Luka and Kyrie who were actually able to create some opportunities but now with Naji, he looks like he can score and maybe even throw lobs for Gafford and Lively.

He can pocket ball handlers, block, and even ripped the ball out of SGA's hands a couple of times, a huge factor when OKC is a tough opponent this playoff season, literally almost no one in the mavs could guard him consistently.

Well I’m here after the mavs just got him and I can see how he fills that DJJ role.. I like his D , his passing ability, and his aggressiveness on both sides.. attacks the rim a lot and active hands on defense along with his size.. he could fit really well in Dallas.. I heard he shot like 38% from 3 but there’s literally only 2 3’s here.. the one from half court and a catch and shoot from the corner at the end.. I heard everyone say he’s a 3 and D guy.. exactly what we need but wasn’t much of a sample size here as far as 3’s. We need a catch and shoot 3 guy. Idk if this guy is that. We’ll see, I like the size he adds on both sides that’s forsure.
