FANTASTIC theme!! NBC was back on track as an ace station in the 80s after being on the bottom of the barrel throughout most of the 70s.

@Aussiekid237 You're exactly right it too is on youtube but I wish other stations thought before they used the same bumpers that other stations had. Soap operas are a whole different story and if you type down zeit der sehnsucht you'll see the kind of Days of our Lives opening that I love the most.

Do you have the clip with connie sellica?
@fromthesidelines13 жыл бұрын
When she filmed her "shower scenes", Connie wasn't "nude". When you have an entire production crew watching your every move while being filmed, NATURALLY you'd want to be a little more discreet about what you're wearing...or NOT wearing, 'chubwright'.

What true story was this movie based on? Does anyone know?

The real people involved were Frederick E. Penney and his wife Susan. He did his time (38 months from a six year prison sentence) and was released. The trial took place back in 1984.

That was David Morse, who, during that time, was on "St. Elsewhere"; in 1998, he was cast to play Brutus "Brutal" Howell, a prison guard in the movie adaptation of "The Green Mile".

They're showing some movies once in awhile now. They just showed neighbors and Ted months ago.
