Editing did her dirty, I think it would have been better to have little explainer about hobby horsing and not use simple surprise from real horse to hobby horse, which lessened the value of this sport. Nevertheless Ada did good to get this sport some more exposure, too bad she said she is the world champion and failed in the end

@@hitmanabhi007 its not about being a snowflake its about being a decent human, every interaction you make either takes you to positive or negative side and I was pointing out him being unreasonably hostile against me. Eventhough we are in the internet it doesn't mean you should act like a jackass I know this sport looks silly and odd and I won't be starting this (though i've tried it when i was at elementary school) but I also respect everyones right to choose whatever they want and in the eve of people not moving enough, every sport is good example what you can do, whether it is weightlifting, boxing, running, hobby horsing or whatever - It all matters And in the end everyone should check their reasons to be mean - in the end people can see themselves in the mirror and should they be 100% honest, they'll see if they like the reflection. I found her youtube channel... She's extremely fast and agile. I think her issue with this audition was: She had the bars too high.. And people aren't accustomed to this type of sportsmanship... If she would have showed her speed and agility. It would have excited the crowd. And then maybe at the end she could have done a high bar? She started off at the highest level with the hardest ones to jump. And got nervous.. looked slow and unprepared

I don't think it was failing. The act was more about mimicing horsing than actually clearing all the obstacles. She could have set them lower if she really wanted to clear them, but knocking some off gave more content to the show and better mimiced real horsing.

When I first found out about this hobby a couple of years ago I thought it was silly. I still think it's silly (as an adult woman) but horse crazy kids and early teens absolutely love this hobby/sport. Kids which hobbied this and developed it being a gymnastic sport like Ada still hobby this as an adult. They have serious competitions with it. There is also a big market for the hobby horse heads. People get to craft and tune their horse heads and some horse heads are collectible. These young women don't care if they get bullied a lot in schools and social media having this unusual hobby they are proud having their own girly thing and community. This has became a phenomenon in Finland (where this gymnastic hobby was invented and developed) and other nordic countries and it has already spread in Europe and it's taking some place in US too now after years. So I think Simon Cowell did a big mistake not voting Yes. Adults don't necessary get this but young girls do. So after all this is not silly when thinking about the business.

If you go to Scandinavian its a popular sport. Most of the children desired to have that horse. Children love to play with it as a real horse. In Sweden 🇸🇪 we called it käpphäst or Hobbyhorse in English meaning😁 Scandinavian people are love sports, animal (Pet)and nature’s lover. What she said is true we did a competition of käpphäst in a different level from children to adult. Its fun to play with it, a good training to the horse lover.😁

People do not seem to understand that this was scripted, why else would they have had a film group in Finland for someone who was turned down? It is a weird hobby, yes, but not an easy one. I raise my hat for her sense of humour :)

I understand when you see something new, most of the people start laughing. I kinda even understand that, when you can't do that yourself, you start mocking. "It's a kids play" "it's not a real sport" "i can do it in a wheelchair". I'd suggest you to pay attention how much exercising this takes. Forget the horse head for a second and maybe you can actually see it's a real sport. And if you say it's not, how jogging or jumping is then? And I bet my hat you can't do this trotting and jumping from a wheelchair or you're a miracle. Just becauae you make a fool out of yourself when leaving these comments, doesn't mean she's the fool. And definitely doesn't make you a better person. You should learn from Howie. And all those who commented on her age or looks, just show a brilliant example of online bullying. Her looks has nothing to do with her act. Grow up.

Why does the horse head need to be there?
@Svuid
@Svuid 19 күн бұрын
@Wimbold For me, it makes sense as you trot like horses do, like look at those ankles & feet. Since you usually do over fence jumping with a horse, it's quite understandable that it's a horse head on a stick. But that's just my guess :) What comes to just the history of having a horse head on a stick goes as far back as to 1800.

I beg to differ as she's been in the entertainment industry long enough to see some really weird and extreme "hobbies", so this one should not have thrown her off her game......or did it.....AGT is also in the entertainment industry.....

There is a lot of young people hobby horsing and I think this kind of attitude towards smtg that is not familiar or entertaning to few judges - or to you - is below bar. It is a great sport and people enjoy doing it, so what is the harm there and reason to call it nonsense. Act and speak with respect and be responsible, the whole world is watching and especially those little humans that just heard Agt judge saying that what they love is nonsense. And btw, no in Finnish is ”ei”. A lot of love from Finland

they purposefully find people to humiliate like this. they build them up, give them the 5 star treatment with paid plane tickets, nice hotel rooms, free food.... just to let them embarrass themselves on national television and the internet, because it makes them a boatload of money. This young woman was literally taken advantage of. She signed the contract allowing them to plaster her face and name on the internet and make her look like a stupid weirdo and she had no idea this was the plan from the first audition tape they saw from her.

I went to one of the hobby horse shows. Some of the women had vibrating sticks. Guess what they were doing with them as I was talking to them.
