Several trustees in Dolton are calling on Mayor Tiffany Henyard and a village trustee to resign amid a sexual harassment investigation by Illinois officials.

The same way,for example, if you had a-tenant in an apartment building that you own that has not paid you your rent in 3 going on 4 months…. Can you go over there walk in that apartment and grab the tenant by the collar and kick them out.? Can you even call the police to come over there and kick them out? The answer to both of those questions is “NO”. It might take you a year to get them out and you probably wont ever get the rent that you’re owed. Unfortunately, the wheels of justice move real slow. That’s why its so important not to give bad people access to important positions.

The GBI's services include criminal investigations, forensic laboratory services, and computerized criminal justice information. gbi.georgia.gov Igore them and go straight to the feds, guess who the feds first contact is going to be? GBI. What will GBI tell them? We got this. What will the FBI say. fine, you git it. Understand? That's how it works. OK, ancillary to this conversation, I heard a rumor, said, alleged rapist, had bragged about himself scoring on said young lady. However, it is only a rumor, I have no proof, who said that and I don’t know who it was said to, and in an investigation, it would be inadmissible as heresy, which is what you got, and you don’t know anybody was raped. She said she was, but she also said she was blacked out till the next morning and felt sick. Again, another rumor, I have no proof and I have no idea who said this, but speculation is she was given a date rape drug, that if given in excess, may produce those sickening feelings she had the next morning. That is why, it was critically important she call the police, get a rape kit, get a toxicology report to detect that drug, and that would be proof of the assault, and as we know that guy was the one, he could be arrested and jailed for sexual assault, but none of that happened. So, you can say anything you want, but to me, you don't know anything, it is all rumors because there has been no investigation and there is no proof it even occurred. Please correct me if I am wrong. Where would be the cover up under those circumstances? What obligation would the mayor have if someone came to her and said she had been raped? I imagine, as I do not know what any mayor would do, but I suspect she would talk to her own police force and as they do not have jurisdiction, the happened in Clark County Nevada, there would be nothing to do. No cover up would even be required.

You can be let go after the 12-week FMLA period, but only in a situation where the position is eliminated (layoff/reduction in force). But if these allegations were made prior to putting her on FMLA… terminating her raises a red flag. She should have been allowed to continue to work while the accused should’ve been suspended (with or without pay) pending the outcome of the investigation. It should have been the employee’s decision to take the time off. The employer cannot force an employee to take FMLA. The employee must first apply for FMLA. That’s “Human Resources 101”.

Today it was announced that they are going to have a "reprogramming” program for those fire fighters that are responsible for acting up in front of the AG. Like Ms. Tiffany, she is a power abuser, and that is Ms. Tiffany's problem, she is wielding power. I saw a video yesterday where one of village board said they were in charge of finances of Dolton! Now that was curious to me, because they trying to get paperwork from the mayor. So, I think what it is, is they got the bills, but they want the receipts, which is why they called the FBI on the mayor. From what I can tell, she’s running her program old style, like Queen of England style. Punishment of non-supporters, buffering those like the village board, and her security is massive. I saw that yesterday too. They move more like an army than a police force. And check this out. The guy taking the video, Tommy G, he has been on the inside of some of the most notorious killer gangs we have in America, and when he faced up against Dolton police, doing one of those audit type deals, they never touched him but they pushed him out the building and down the parking lot. They then asked for his ID, he started that I don't have to show you I committed no crime deal, and he saw they were not calculating the law, and by that time there were about 8 cops around him including the police chief, who in my opinion would never pass a state law test, let alone a Constitutional rights test. Tommy G gave up the ID. I could tell he was getting scared of a beat down, and it could have happened if he wasn't smart about his actions. So, Do I love her? I don't know her, I love who she is, a lone black woman, against the world. Some Dolton residents think she is a doing a good job. I see here on You Tube people talking about the FBI investigating. Really? Investigating what, where the paperwork is? Please. The governor would have to authorize that and he has his on GBI to investigate whatever he wants. I found out yesterday, a lot of folks feel the same way about the governor as they do about Henyard. So, I'm think the governor is thinking this whole thing is a tempest in a teacup. Oh, and the rape claim, the Mayor don’t conduct criminal investigation, especially when they occurred out of state. I think the TV is fanning the flames of insurrection in Dolton against Ms. Tiffany. I have seen interviews that were crude and non-investigative, and yet here is the story we have. Some story. One time she went to excess on a trip, now you can call it the trip that will never die.

I understand this is a cliche, but honestly, thoughts and prayers are with all of you and the citizens of Dolton. I've been following this for a few weeks now and it's truly mind boggling to me how nothing has been done about her sooner. This woman needs to be humbled, but she's clearly, absolutely, without a doubt, a literal narcissist, so that probably won't happen (she's not the kind of narcissist the internet loves to throw around mindlessly, this woman is clearly a monster). I hope you all and your town can return to some form of normalcy and be at peace when this awful person is finally taken down. I feel gross just looking at her and this is a rare story I can't stop thinking about some days. God bless and take care.
