Appreciate this video of the full hearing. I am only about 45 minutes in but it seems so far that RFK Jr.’s detractors are “asking questions” but not allowing him to answer. These are nuanced topics. Yes or no answers do not help anyone to understand the reasons behind his beliefs or statements. How can anyone make an educated decision of whether or not he should be confirmed if they will not let him explain his statements or opinions. The opposition seems to have zero interest in understanding RFK Jr.s positions. They seem to only want to make statements of things he has said over the last few decades. It really makes these hearings seem more like preachers on a pulpit than a collaborative endeavor to find out who this man is and whether he would serve our country well in this position.

You guys are literally lying because I always watch these boring hearings of important confirmations on 2x speed and I have seen or heard nearly 200 of them over the years and as a centrist that believes both parties are corrupt, yes you are correct that Republicans would be asking tougher questions if it was a Democrat appointee but you are absolutely incorrect in claiming that they act the way Democrats acted during this, Tulsi’s, and pretty much all Trump appointees besides the neocon ones like Rubio who they obviously like because he’s a Warhawk and a terrible choice that he will hopefully fire. It’s completely fair to ask tough questions but some of these questions are not tough, they are just absolutely ridiculous. Asking him for promises that he will not fire anyone, asking for a promise not to litigate and make money off of any cases against big Pharma even four years after he leaves government when he is literally a lawyer and that’s his job, making absolutely false claims and blaming him for deaths and diseases in foreign countries or misrepresenting things that were either never said or completely taken out of context. It was very clear none of them had any intentions of asking him tough questions and letting him respond but just trying to smear him and all of them had their minds made. I’ve seen Senator Paul filibuster nominees of both parties for hours and hours refusing a vote to confirm them but even then it is over a very legitimate issue like asking for a promise that US citizens inside the US will not be the victim of a drone strike without due process and John Brennan would refuse to tell him he would not bomb US citizens inside the US if the government suspected them of a crime which is completely unconstitutional because everyone is innocent until proven guilty and it wasn’t even in cases of an eminent attack so I could see why that was completely inappropriate but to demand promises that someone who is a lawyer will not litigate big Pharma as a civilian is ridiculous or asking him to take onesies off of a website and just completely ridiculous issues that nobody cares about when the guys concerned with solving the health crisis we face in the country and you are worried about onesies and sticking up for a big Pharma 🤦🏽‍♂️

funny that some of these senators based their entire presentation off of one thing that RFK "said", but was completely misinterpreted, and when they're given an explanation, they interrupt and say "yes or no" and then continue asking RFK the same exact question over and over again, can't just put the mic away and accept that you're presentation was flawed from the core, due to lack of proper research. they basically are given a mic just to put words in his mouth, like this is the guy trying to help your countries future, why are they trying so hard to press him on matters that aren't even important at all, like random quotes here and there? a waste of so much oxygen. 3:26:39 here she doesn't let him explain, instead complains that she couldn't bring up her documentation, when she could have just used her time to do that instead of reading an entire dictionary just to ask a question. 3:04:50 love that RFK explained himself in detail against what she was saying, and in the end she ignores it all and just accepts her own view and stops. 2:52:33 also love how this guy complains that RFK kept talking when he said he's done, but pressed chairman directly for more time when he kept talking passed the "done" time.

A drug can be relatively safe and yet when administered inappropriately it can become a dangerous situation. How does the woman who was mailed mifepristone to take at home know she’s not experiencing ectopic pregnancy? Or that the pregnancy was completely expelled?
