The self filling water bottle is not something I would recommend for leaving an animal unattended. It should still be checked and changed daily. Animals can get debris in their water and within a day it will be a foul smelling undrinkable mess. Also if they tip that over the substrate will get soaked and should be charged immediately. Do not use this for vacation or leave animal unattended!
