I felt like his party was very disrespectful. They were on tv going against him, and talking bad against him. He wasn’t trying to do anything to hurt the country, he got old. Lord spare our lives, we all will get older and slower. They could have talked more behind closed doors and didn’t have to be so openly disrespectful. Also don’t define his entire life or political career on this stage. This is a stage at the latter point of his life, not the sum of his legacy. I feel this way whether I like him or not, whether I feel he did a good job as president or not. I’m not a dem or republican because each party is corrupt with personal agendas. Because they needed him in the primary to shut out any democrat contenders so they could later either keep him in if he was ahead in the polls or dump him if behind and anoint whoever they want. The legal cases against Trump didn't work out as planned so biden slipped behind in polls. Then he couldn't perform in the debate and slipped more. Had to wait to see if the final plan worked out on Saturday, but missed. Couldn't do it during the rnc convention. That leaves this weekend.

I want to float a radical proposal for vice presidental running mate with Kamala Harris: Adam Kinzinger, a republican. A veteran, voted to impeach Trump, voted to ensure abortion and birth control access. Came out in support of Biden last month. Chaired January 6th panel and supports Ukraine. I see simply advanced aging. When people say dementia it's hurts us caregivers who are caring for loved ones with dementia and see the day to day reality of what dementia is, how heartbreaking it is and to see this advanced age President flying Internationally and domestically 😢from one meeting to a another, setting policy, speeches, preparations etc. It's a lot for an 80 plus individual. It's not dementia, it's old age. Respect the difference.
